The Friends of the Riverdale Public Library is a volunteer service organization. Our goal is to build closer relations between our Library and the community our Library serves. The Friends promote interest in the Library's activities, resources, services and needs. We also serve as a grass-roots organization to support the Library's goals.

Members work to raise funds for children's programs, including the summer, fall and winter reading programs.

The Friends can always use more help. If you have any questions about the Friends, or would like to join, visit our next meeting--held every third Thursday evening at the Library, or call the library at (973) 835-5044.

Membership forms are also available at the library
