Early Literacy Summer Reading Program

For infants through age 5 (not entering Kindergarten*)

Mon. June 24 to Fri. Aug. 9

This year's Summer Reading theme is Dig Into Reading!  Aim to read at least one book a week with your child and enter it in your Early Literacy Reading Log.  You can join anytime, but the family that reads the most books by the end of the summer wins a bag full of free books!  The reading log also provides fun ideas for building literacy skills, and each week you and your child visit the library, your child can take home a free picture book!  The program is open to residents of all towns.  Register in the library.

*5-year-olds entering Kindergarten in September join the Children's K-5 program
